Book Review – The Revolutionary Paul Revere By Joel Miller

The Revolutionary Paul Revere by Joel Miller

This book was an amazing journey into the founding of our country. Everyone knows of Paul Revere from his famous ride, but he was much more than that. Paul Revere should be held in the same reverence as  other founding fathers as Thomas Jefferson, George Washington or even Paul’s good friends Samuel Adams and John Hancock.

The information in the book are presented in a factual manner. The author does his best to not interject his opinion into the story and allows the history to speak for itself. Much of the information comes from letters and news articles that where written at the time it was all happening, so we get to open a window and look out on a magical time in American history.

I would recommend that every American should read this book at least once in their lives. It should also be used in ever school as a text book. Joel Miller gives us an invaluable opportunity to spend some quality time in the life of a man that represents why we are proud to be Americans.
