You Were Made To Make A Difference by Max Lucado and Jenna Lucado Bishop is an adaptation of Out Live Your Life by Max Lucado. The overall message Lucado delivers in Out Live is the same, but presented in a format more suitable for a teenager. Because of this I enlisted the assistance of my daughter to review this book.
We both enjoyed the format of the book because it did not look like a text book, it reminded me of a teenagers journal. The thought of the authors is presented in small bites that allows the reader to take time each day to read and think about what they read. We took time each day to discuss what we read, this opened up some great conversations between my daughter and I.
I would recommend this for any other father that is looking for a way to connect with his teenage daughter. It probably work with Moms, Sons and any combination of.
